A Wonderful Beginning at Rio Santa Fe
I am a brand‑new resident at RSF, and even though I’ve only just begun this journey, it has truly been an amazing start. I had to move under some really tough circumstances and an incredibly tight timeframe, so I was stressed, anxious, and honestly just hoping to find somewhere that felt right—quickly!
After some Google searching, I found RSF and decided to walk in with no appointment. I’m so glad I did. I met Lua’Ryah, who immediately made me feel welcomed and supported. She was kind, patient, energetic, and genuinely ready to help. After speaking with her, I felt confident that RSF was the best fit for me—both for my budget and my situation.
Later on, I worked with Yazmin, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. I explained the situation I was coming from and the time constraints I was under. Not only did she understand—she took action. Yazmin answered my questions, kept me updated, and truly went above and beyond to make everything come together as smoothly as possible. During a stressful time, she and Lua’Ryah made this entire process so much easier to handle.
As for the property itself, it’s clean, well‑maintained, and has the amenities you’d look for in an apartment community. But what has really stood out to me so far is the compassion and dedication of the staff. I’m hopeful and excited that I’ll be able to continue giving RSF five stars as I settle into this next chapter.
