APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Avondale

I have been in my unit just over 60 days and wanted to review pre and post move in as I’ve had quite the experience. I began my search months prior to my intended move and while touring I met the property manager, Destiny. Destiny answered my many questions and although in advance, helped me to understand the online process as well as locating an available unit that would fit our needs. This was a huge relief since we were moving from a distance. Receiving documents and calling the property directly with questions up to moving day was fluid. Everyone was friendly and willing to help and move in day was just as simple.Thank you! Since on site I have learned an important fact about the staff at Rio: This team are amazing critical thinkers. That is especially important when you are renting a unit that so many before you have rented. With any issue that has come about Destiny and Jasmine have been receptive, effective and professional in their communication while remaining solution driven. Yadi has always been friendly when I pop in and if management aren’t available she’s always tried to give me an answer - even if the answer was her offering to send an email to make sure I receive an response upon their return. The maintenance team Julian and Jordan have been equally as communicative and productive regarding any tiny issue needing attention after move in inspection was completed. Things have come up as not every little thing can be caught pre-move-in but having the ease to communicate and receive timely and effective responses has meant a lot and for the things that couldn’t be immediately resolved, each team member here has been willing to give me updates and understanding of why there may be a wait. Otherwise the grounds are nice to walk around, there’s enough dumpsters to go around so trash doesn’t linger long, the dog parks adorable even though I don’t use it. For the money I’d say the apartments here are worth considering if you’re wanting to land in Avondale.

Viewed this place last week and Destiny was the one who helped me out. She was so nice and very informed on her property. The place was very clean and nice this is for sure one of my top contenders on my list.

I had such a wonderful experience touring with Yazmin! She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire tour. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made me feel comfortable, and was genuinely helpful without making me feel pressured at all. Yazmin’s positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out to me. After touring with her, I’m even more excited about the possibility of making this my new home in September. I have feel like I’m home the whole time I’ve been here at the apartment the ladies at the office they treat me like family every time I have a situation even if it’s not related to the apartment I go out there to ask for help several times and they always welcome me with open arms and they always try to help me every little thing I need I am really sad that has to move to Oregon Is one of my children are there sick and needs help? Otherwise I have every intention of staying here as long as I Could I really like the feeling of my apartment? It’s a small home but very homie uncomfortable and able to have Good neighbors is a nice little community. The ladies at the office have a lot to do with it. They’re always Listening what the community needs it has been such a great pleasure to be here if I ever come back to Arizona my work here offered me to come back anytime. I definitely love to come back here to be part of this nice community that this ladies in the office, I have so much respectfor the Manager. She’s a wonderful person and a wonderful human being. I’m very sad again to let you know that I have to go.

The ladies in the leasing office just had a wonderful Easter Egg hunt for the community. My children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and we appreciate the thoughtful gesture! Thank you!
